When will I receive my bill?
Bills are mailed out on the 25th of each month.
When is my payment due?
Payments are due in the office by the 15th of each month.
What is the late fee?
Late charges are 10% of the outstanding balance due. Late charges are applied the morning of the 16th for any delinquent accounts.
Will my services be cut off if I pay late?
Two-month delinquent bills are subject to be cut off after the 15th of the second delinquent month (without notification). See Rates page for further information.
