MARBURY WATER SYSTEM, INC. was founded in 1969.

We are a member-owned corporation serving the community potable (drinking) water. Marbury Water System is governed by a five-person Board of Directors, who are elected by the members of Marbury Water System.

Since 1969, Marbury Water System has continued to grow each year. We currently have over 2,900 customers over three counties: Autauga, Northwest Elmore, and the southern tip of Chilton.

Board Meetings are held every quarter at the Marbury Water System office starting at 5:00PM. We request that you contact our office prior to a meeting to be placed on the agenda.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my bill?

Bills are mailed out on the 25th of each month.

When is my payment due?

Payments are due in the office by the 15th of each month.

What is the late fee?

Late charges are 10% of the outstanding balance due. Late charges are applied the morning of the 16th for any delinquent accounts.

Will my services be cutoff if I pay late?

Two-month delinquent bills are subject to be cutoff after the 15th of the second delinquent month (without notification). See Rates page for further information.
